Welcome to the new official Dirk Brossé website. We are very proud to announce that, from July 2010 on, Dirk will be the new music director of the The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia (PA).
On this page, you can find Dirk's foreword to this website.
This website provides some downloads, such as photos and biography in different languages, for press and educational purposes only.
In the future, free sheet music and recordings will also be available. This part of the website is still under construction.

Merci pour vos fabuleuses compositions,tantôt si boulversantes qu’elles vous serrent la gorge et tantôt si puissantes et épiques et toujours si proches de la perfection. Régulièrement, je vous reécoute sans aucune retenue. 5je m’excuse de ne pas vous écrire en néerlandais mais ce qui vient du coeur ne peut être doublé)

Last evening I had the opportunity to take my 10-year-old grandson to the Star Wars Concert in Pittsburgh. I have always loved the music to this creative experience; however, I could not take my eyes off your conducting. An art form in itself. Thank you for a wonderful memory with my grandson.

I was one of the chorus singers for your July 3, 2010 ‘Star Wars Concert’ in Green Bay, WI. We’ve sung at Carnegie Hall, but it truly was a privilege and the thrill of a lifetime to experience your outstanding gifts in interpreting the subtleties and power of John Williams’ score. Thank you, thank you, thank you and may ‘The Force’ be with you, always!
